About Us

Mission Liberty Hill is a new church in Liberty Hill that is focused on reaching people with the Good News of Jesus Christ! We exist to share the truth of Jesus and the Bible as we reach out to people that do not yet know what Jesus has done for all people. We believe that God has called Mission Liberty Hill to be a mission dedicated to reaching out to people far from Him with the message of Jesus Christ!

We meet on Sunday mornings at 10 AM for a worship service and 9 AM for Adult Bible Study and Children Sunday School. Our Church is located at the A-A-A Storage Center in a commercial building, just across from the car wash.

Our Mission

We are currently in the process of defining a mission statement for our church. Come help us define our mission by attending our mission focus meetings with Rev. Mike Newman. Everyone is invited to attend. To see when the next meeting is, go to our "Events" page.

Our Background

We are a mission outreach of Zion Lutheran Church in Walburg, Texas.  We started meeting at the beginning of August 2009, and we are on the path to starting a church in Liberty Hill.  In this short time, we have rapidly grown in numbers.  More information about our background can be found at Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and Texas District LCMS

Holy Communion
Every Second and Fourth Sunday

As Lutherans we believe that Christ gives us His true body and blood for the forgiveness of our sins and the strengthening of our faith. We prepare by asking God to forgive our sins and bless us as we participate. If you have questions, please don't hesitate in talking to Pastor Michalk.
